"I ordered these boots as a gift for my very picky goddaughter. They arrived faster than expected and were true to size. She loved them; however, I had ordered the wrong style. I called customer service, and they asked me to send them back so they could charge the difference and resend the correct pair. Since I was driving to Los Angeles and passing through El Monte, I decided to stop by their store instead. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, allowing my goddaughter to try on several different pairs. We left the store very happy and with a wonderful product"
Beautiful boots. Wrong size?
"One of the boots fit perfectly and the other one didnt. At first I thought my socks were too thick, then I looked inside the boot and it had a nine inside of it so I assume they sent 2 different size shoes. Im going to try and do a return and reorder. They look so pretty."
