Had initial problems. They’ve earned my long term business!
"My received the first belt and it wasn’t as shown online. I tried repeatedly to call the number provided on the receipt or Shop app but no answer. I think looked up their website, called their store and the woman who assisted me was extremely professional. So much so I purchased a second belt so it would go out immediately. Then returned the one that wasn’t correct. I LOVE their customer service. The second belt came in and was perfect. I say a business demonstrates who they are by how they handle problems. They have earned my long term business."
