"I ordered a 10.5 boot. However, I received a call from Danny saying the 10.5 was not available and suggested a size 10 boot. I wasn't too comfortable with going down a size so she said she would check to see if an 11 was available. She called me back within 5 minutes to tell me that it wasn't available either. She said that she is 100% confident that the size 10 would fit. She also said that she was placing a prepaid return label in the box in case it didn't fit. Well, a week later the boots arrived and they fit! They are awesome. Great quality, great look and a great fit! Most of all great customer service! Thank you!"
